My name is Reilly, and I was born and raised right here in the Rogue Valley, so being able to offer payroll support to my neighbors and fellow small business owners has a special place in my heart.
A few years ago, I was offered a unique opportunity to learn payroll at a CPA firm and quickly discovered a passion for getting every detail just right. I've always had an eye for spotting errors, and, I just like things done correctly, on time, and in compliance, so opening a payroll company was a very clear and organic next step for me.
Unlike larger firms where payroll is buried under other services, here at Rogue Payroll Co., payroll isn't one of many services, it's the only service, so you can rest assured that any compliance or law changes will be caught and applied right away. Continued education isn't just a necessity in this business, it's fun for me, and staying sharp on the details is part of how I keep that promise to you.
I spend a significant amount of time studying payroll law, tax updates, and compliance changes so my clients don't have to.

I use technology, I don't hide from it, but I also don't just blindly trust it. I don't run client data through AI tools or treat AI output as a finished answer.
