Full-cycle payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees on any schedule - weekly, biweekly, semimonthly, monthly, or quarterly. Gross pay, overtime, net pay, direct deposit, and itemized pay stubs with accurate withholdings every run. Employees also get access to a self-service portal access to their pay stubs and tax forms.
W-2 Preparation
I prepare, file, and distribute accurate W-2s for every employee at year-end, including the required W-3 transmittal to the Social Security Administration and the corresponding Oregon filing through Revenue Online. Your employees receive their W-2s on time, and your business stays fully compliant with federal and state year-end requirements.

All Quarterly & Year-end Tax Filings & Deposits
I handle every required federal and Oregon tax filing and deposit for your business, including quarterly Form 941 federal returns, Oregon Form OQ and Form 132 combined payroll reports, annual Form 940 FUTA returns, year-end W-2s and W-3 transmittals, and Oregon's annual Form WR withholding reconciliation. All deposits and filings are submitted on time, every time.
Tax Withholding & Remittance
I calculate and withhold the correct federal and Oregon taxes from every paycheck, every pay period, including federal income tax, Social Security and Medicare, Oregon income tax, the Statewide Transit Tax, and TriMet or Lane Transit District tax where it applies. Those withheld funds are then remitted to the IRS and Oregon on the correct deposit schedule, so your tax obligations are met before they're ever due.
IRA Contributions
I offer IRA contribution deductions and remit them to your plan provider on every payroll, including Oregon Saves and most other major investment platforms. This service is administrative only. Questions about plan design, contribution limits, or investment choices are best directed to your CPA or plan administrator, but the day to day deduction and remittance can be fully handled here. This service is an add on service that comes with an additional fee.
